- fill in the registration form below.
- provide the following parts :
- family record book or birth certificate,
- health record with current vaccinations,
- proof of address (rental agreement and last receipt of rent or deed of ownership and last receipt EDF),
- (court decision if necessary)
- if the child was attending school in another school, provide a certificate of cancellation. This procedure should also be done for children who are returning to elementary school.
The Director of the school proceeds to the admission of the student on production of the certificate of registration issued by the town hall.
